The size of the cast has been explained by author Kubo as the result of his writing process, in which he first creates new figures, then writes their personalities and character arcs, and finally assembles these interactions into a new plot. Many individual Bleach characters and the series' character design work have been praised, though Bleach 's constantly-expanding character roster has been a point of criticism in the press.

As Ichigo guides the recently deceased to the afterlife while contending with Hollows, he clashes and forms alliances with the other supernaturally powered residents of his city, namely three of his high school classmates. When he sees Rukia getting grievously wounded by a Hollow in his presence, Ichigo is granted her powers of exorcism and psychopompy to carry out Rukia's Soul Reaper duties as she recovers. One day he is visited by a spirit named Rukia Kuchiki, who is a Soul Reaper from the Soul Society whose mission is to deal with hungering lost souls known as Hollows. The main character of Bleach is a Japanese teenager named Ichigo Kurosaki who has the ability to interact with ghosts. All these races are subdivisions of humanity, but are distinguished by whether they live on Earth or in one of the afterlives, by possession of thematically contrasting supernatural powers, and by the use of aesthetics drawn from the artistic traditions of different real-life regions.

BLEACH SOUL OF END SERIES
The series takes place in a fictional universe in which the characters are split into various factionalized fictional races. The Bleach manga and anime created by Tite Kubo. Left to right: Rukia, Ichigo, Chad (top), Tatsuki (front), Uryū, Orihime, Keigo (background) and Mizuiro. It's fun either way, though.Īll-in-all, fans of Bleach will love the game, but if you can't tell me what a Cero is, this isn't the game for you.The teenaged cast of Bleach's first arc in their high school uniforms. Replay value: I finished the story mode pretty quickly, but the Missions will take up most of your time. (Complete with lines directly from the anime) All of the original voice actors return, and players can choose to use the English or Japanese voices. The music and sounds of the game come straight from the anime, along with extra character voices to emphasis your place in the story. Nonetheless, fans of Bleach will have a ball taking control of their favorite characters as slashing through anything in their path. Honestly, I'm not trying the higher difficulties until I finish Mission Mode, so I cannot comment on that at this time. Usually it's a time limit, but some include "Don't use Dash", "Don't jump", or my nemesis, "All hits are one-hit kills for both sides". The game has 25 extra missions, typically with the objective of "Defeat the boss", but each usually has it's own restriction. The real gems of "Soul Resurrec ćion" are the boss fights and Mission Mode. On "Normal", they aren't too much of a problem as long as you practice good crowd control, except for the occassional Menos. "Soul Resurrec ćion" pits you up against an army of Hollows, enemies swarming you from all sides. While the story will put you in the shoes of Ichigo, Rukia, Uryu, Kenpachi, Soi Fon, Hitsugaya, and Kyoraku, all main characters appearing in the game are playable, totalling up to 21 playable characters.

It features key battles from the series, from Ichigo vs Grimmjow to Kenpachi vs Nnoitora, even past Ichigo vs Ulquiorra. "Soul Resurrec ćion" begins with the Hueco Mundo arc and continues to the end of the series, so anyone who hasn't finished the anime/manga should not play it unless they don't mind spoilers. Fans of the series, however, will be glad to know that "Soul Resurrec ćion" begins with Ichigo entering Hueco Mundo, ending with his final battle with Sosuke Aizen. Story: If you don't know what Bleach is, there's no point in trying to explain the story as it will make no sense. *This review contains minor spoils for the Bleach series in general, but nothing big* Rating: Teen (Violence, Mild Suggestive Themes, Mild Language)
